CHAPTER 1. General provisions
These General Provisions and Terms govern the legal relationship related to the services provided by ArmLight (hereinafter – the Company, we, ArmLight) through the website (hereinafter – the Site).
All information published on the Site is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Armenia and international agreements and may not be reproduced by anyone in any form without the Company’s consent. Photographs, video materials, and graphic images containing the Company’s logo are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on copyright and international agreements. Reproduction without proper attribution is prohibited.
By accessing the Site, using any Site services, or downloading any content in whole or in part, you as a user (hereinafter – the User, you, your, the Client) confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms of use, as well as other terms of service published by the Company on the Site (hereinafter – the Terms), and unconditionally accept them, regardless of whether you are a customer of the Company’s services, a subscriber to the Site, or merely a visitor.
The Company may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. If the Terms are amended, the Company will publish the updated Terms on the website indicating the date of the last change. It is the User’s responsibility to visit the Site periodically and check for changes. The new Terms enter into legal force and apply to relationships arising after they are published on the Site.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Site. Remaining on the Site, subscribing, and using the Services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
CHAPTER 2. Registration and subscription on the Site
By agreeing to the Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and the right to use the Services. If you represent a legal entity, you certify that you have all authority from that legal entity and under the laws of the country where the legal entity is located to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept that we cannot verify the information and data you provide or the authenticity of your statements in this section; therefore, full responsibility for any breach of this clause lies with you.
To use the Services, including placing orders through the online store, the Client may be required to register on the Company’s Site. To subscribe to news and offers, the Client may indicate their email address in the relevant section of the Site and confirm consent by clicking the “I agree” button (or equivalent), thereby accepting these General Provisions and Terms.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information during registration and subscription. The Company is not liable for damage or inconvenience caused to third parties as a result of the Client providing false or third-party data. The Client is liable for damage caused to the Company or third parties by such actions.
CHAPTER 3. Services provided by the Company and how they are provided
The Company operates an online store through the Site, offering product information, promotions, and related services (hereinafter – the Services).
Information about new products, promotions, and events may be provided by email to the address specified by the Client, with links to the Company’s Site where appropriate.
No fixed frequency of communications is guaranteed; information will be sent when there are new products, promotions, or material changes to offers.
To make full use of the Services, registration and/or subscription may be required as indicated on the Site. Each Client may register once with a single email address. Clients may not use email addresses belonging to others. When registering or subscribing, the Client must provide accurate information. In all cases, the Company bears no liability for damage or inconvenience caused to third parties by the Client providing false or third-party data. The Client is liable for damage caused to the Company or third parties by such conduct.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide the Services if, from any reliable source, it appears that the information provided by the Client is false, inaccurate, or belongs to others.
The Company is liable to its Clients only for providing inaccurate or untimely information within the scope defined by applicable law and these Terms.
CHAPTER 4. Privacy
You may visit the Site without registration; however, full use of certain features may require registration or subscription. Personal data is collected only when you provide it. When subscribing, you must provide your email address. At the time of subscription, we receive the email address you specify. The Company may also obtain additional information about you through communications from other clients, our support channels, or other lawful sources.
The Company implements appropriate electronic, physical, and other security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Data you provide is stored in protected databases on servers. The Company will not ask you for additional personal data by phone or email in an unsolicited manner. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except as required by law (requests from law enforcement and public authorities within their competence, court orders, etc.). Your data may be accessible only to persons connected with us when such access is necessary to provide services and improve their quality. We may cooperate with other organizations and/or individuals as needed to provide the Services to you.
CHAPTER 5. Termination of subscription and account
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link or other means provided by us.
Termination of subscription by the Client releases the Company from the obligation to send promotional information. The Client understands that after unsubscribing, they will not receive emails about new products, events, or promotions as described in those communications.
The Company may unilaterally terminate the Client’s access or subscription if the Client breaches these Terms or other applicable rules of use.
After termination, the Client’s personal data will be retained only for the period and in the manner required by applicable law.
